What is the capacity of the venue?
We can accommodate up to 150 guests seated and cocktail style.
What is included in the rental of Two 29 on the Square?
Renting Two 29 on the Square will give you access of the space during the rental times agreed upon. Two 29 on the Square will provide the tables, chairs, assorted centerpiece options to help with your decor, whiskey barrels and a bar. Additional Add On Packages are available or you can choose a la cart rentals through S&S Events and Rentals at a 20% discount.
Am I required to use the venues vendors?
No, you will be provided with an approved vendor list but are able to choose the vendors of your choice with approval from the venue. We also have an in-house Chef that can provide you with custom menus.
Am I required to have event insurance?
Yes, Two 29 on the Square requires a certificate of liability insurance coverage for all events with the exception of small events with less than 50 guests. You can check with your homeowners insurance company for event date coverage or also www.theeventhelper.com.
Is the venue air-conditioned and heated?
Is security required?
All events serving alcohol must have security and can be arranged through the venue unless otherwise agreed upon.
Is there sufficient parking?
Parking is surface spaces throughout the square. Additional parking can be found in the lot on the northeast corner of Louisiana and Pecan St. Vendor parking is located behind the venue.
Who is responsible for cleaning the space?
We ask that you leave the space the way you found it and our staff will do the final break down and clean up of the event.
